Signal Hill landlord honored for beautifying apartment complex

Haig Mihranian was awarded the Signal Hill Planning Commission’s Beautification Award for his eight-unit apartment building at 2499 E.19th Street that he remodeled recently in a Tuscan style with new stucco, mouldings, doors, lights, wrought-iron railings, stonework, stairs, and landscaping.
