On Thursday, June 21, Long Beach Police Department (LBPD) officers arrested the person they believe is responsible for the fatal hit-and-run collision that occurred on June 9, 2012, at the intersection of Anaheim Street and Linden Avenue, and caused the death of 51-year-old Yolanda Archuleta of San Pedro.
