Salvation Army golf tournament reservations due by May 11

Golf BallThe Salvation Army of Long Beach will host its seventh annual Community Support Golf Tournament Friday, June 8, at Navy Golf Course, located at 5660 Orangewood Avenue in Cypress. Proceeds from the event will benefit many of the programs the Salvation Army offers its local community in Long Beach and the southeast communities.
Check-in and lunch begins at 11 a.m. with the shotgun start at 1 p.m. There will be an awards presentation, auctions and dinner following the event in the course’s newly built clubhouse. Reservations must be received by Friday, May 11.
Ticket prices, which include green fees and carts, are $150 per person or $700 for a foursome. There are also numerous opportunities to be a sponsor.
The General is the top level of sponsorship at $2,000, and includes three foursomes of golfers, tee prizes, logo placement at the Navy Golf Course entrance, acknowledgement from the podium during the evening event and company/ donor signage on three tees.
The Colonel is the next level of sponsorship at $1,500, and includes two foursomes of golfers, tee prizes, acknowledgment from the podium during the evening event and company/donor signage on two tees.
The Major is the third level of sponsorship at $800, and includes one foursome of golfers, tee prizes and company/donor signage on one tee.
