Rae Fullen, mother-in-law of 8th District Long Beach Councilmember Rae Gabelich, passed away on Oct. 30 2011, after a two-week period of fighting to regain her strength, which was compromised after a fall. “She lived a full life of 95 years and four days,” Gabelich said.
