FreeSpirit Yoga is planning its next Zen Mountain Center Retreat, which is scheduled for Thursday, October 9 through Sunday, October 12. The total cost is $425 for 4 days/3 nights accomodations, vegetarian meals, meditation with zen monks, two yoga classes per day, hiking, relaxing and more.
